Gang Expert

Throughout Dennis Bammann’s career, he has conducted hundreds of criminal and gang-related interviews and investigations.  His expertise includes the classification, analysis, and validation of documentation and information developed by and utilized by law enforcement agencies to control and prosecute the street level and prison gang members.  This experience has provided him with the knowledge of the cultural aspects of Hispanic, White Supremacy, Asian, Black, and Motorcycle gangs.  He understands their membership characteristics, criminal organization, and gang activities, which he has used in the courtroom as an expert witness.  He updates his knowledge by continuing to investigate gang cases, reviews related law enforcement testimony and investigative reports, conducts personal debriefing of criminal gang defendants, and regularly attends contemporary gang training seminars
